Comfortable large room, clean nice bathroom, quality toiletries. Great location next to the Havas bus station when coming from the airport and across from the Archaeological Museum which is fantastic. The historic center is accessible on foot. We forgot the phone on the bus when we arrived from the airport, it was late in the evening. The girl at the reception does not speak English but she solved our problem, she immediately contacted Havast bus, found the driver and arrange everything, he bring the phone to the reception. Staff also book a taxi for us on the last day.

Clean, comfortable and good facilities including a big carpark right next to the IBIS hotel. The hotel is almost attached to a very fancy indoor shopping centre called the Forum. A short leisurely walk of approx 7 mins takes you by the old city of Gaziantep by the castle with all hustle bustle and many restaurants. We used the hotels laundry service which was reasonable. Great breakfast at hotel. Friendly and helpful staff.

And stuff are very kind and they care about you and as Mr. Mehmet asked me to mention his name on comment so I want to say special thanks to him as room cleaning was perfect because of him. The hotel has a very central position. Staff is great, available and attentive. Breakfast is very delicious! The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Parking is provided. The service of this hotel resembles many 5 stars hotels we have been in, we had a fantastic stay for 5 nights.
